Restore-SPSite : Your backup is from a different version of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation and cannot be restored to a server running the current version. The backup file should be restored to a server with version '0.0.0.0' or later.

This error occurred when I'm trying to restore a SharePoint Site collection back up to another server. 0.0.0.0 is a strange error ; which is not I'm familiar with earlier.

But Lately i found ;
