SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online comes with suite bar (blue bar), that contains links; Recently i have encountered an error which cause to hide that blue bar color in internet explorer. This error occurred because of Zoom level is not set to 100% in the browser. I don't know whether this is a ie bug or a SharePoint but this works for me.
